The privacy of visitors who visit our site is of the utmost importance to us. ITPMG has developed this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to this issue: What personally identifiable information about you is collected?

Visitor Tracking
ITPMG places great importance on visitor privacy and security. We do not require site registration to access certain portions of our site, and we don't pass personal information about individual visitors to any third party without your prior knowledge and consent, which may be granted through acceptance of this privacy policy or otherwise. ITPMG reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of visitor behavior in order to measure consumer interest in the various areas of our site, and to inform partners as to how many visitors have seen or clicked on our site.

We monitor how you use our Web sites including search terms you enter, pages visited and documents viewed. If you are a registered user, this information is stored with your registration information. It is unique-number identifiable, and is used solely for purposes of enabling us to provide you with a personalized Web site experience. Aggregated (not personally identifiable) forms of this data may also be used in order to help us understand areas for future research and to identify future features and functions to develop for the Web sites.

This data may also be used by ITPMG, in the aggregate, to identify appropriate product offerings and subscription plans.

This same data is also used by ITPMG clients to help them understand how their subscriptions are being used by their employees and in this case, is personally identifiable to the specific client.

About IP Addresses
An IP address is a number that's automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are on the World Wide Web. Your computer can be identified on the Internet through your IP address. We use your IP address for the purposes of system administration, to help diagnose problems with our server, and to report aggregate information to our partners. When visitors request pages from our site, our servers log the IP address of each visitor. We do not link IP addresses to a visitor's personally identifiable information unless such visitor registers with us. This means that an unregistered visitor's session will be logged, but the visitor remains anonymous to us.

Ads & Cookie Technology
The Site uses cookies to identify you and your interests and to track usage of the Site. Cookies are small pieces of text stored on your computer that help us know which browser you are using and where you have been on the Site and on Web sites to which you may link in order to use some of our features. By accepting our cookie, you will be permitted access to certain pages of the Site without having to log in each time you visit. You have the ability to delete cookie files from your hard drive at any time. However, you should know that cookies may be necessary to provide you with access to much of the content and many of the features of ITPMG Web sites. We use cookie technology to enable registered users to move quickly and securely through access-controlled areas of the sites. Cookie technology also enables registered users to take advantage of certain useful features on the sites, including "remember my password." A user who does not accept the cookie from the Site may not be able to access certain areas of the Site. ITPMG also logs IP addresses, or the location of computers on the Internet, to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the Site. If you prefer not to accept a cookie, you can set your web browser to warn you before accepting cookies, or you can refuse all cookies by turning them off in your web browser.

We sometimes collect non-identifiable information from visits to our Web sites to help us provide better customer service. For example, we keep track of the domains from which people visit, and we also measure visitor activity on ITPMG Web sites, but we do so in ways that keep the information non-identifiable. This information is sometimes known as "clickstream data." ITPMG or others on ITPMG's behalf may use this data to analyze trends and statistics and to help us provide better customer service.

Also, when we collect personal data from you in a transaction, we may extract some information about that transaction in a non-identifiable format and combine it with other non-identifiable information such as clickstream data. This information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate level to help us understand trends and patterns. This information is not reviewed at an individual level. If you do not want your transaction details used in this manner you can disable your cookies.

We collect the information we mentioned in the previous paragraphs through the use of various technologies, including one called "cookies". A cookie is a piece of data that a Web site can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your computer as an anonymous tag that identifies your computer but not you. Some ITPMG pages use cookies, sent by ITPMG or its third party vendors, or other technologies to better serve you when you return to the Web site. You can set your browser to notify you before you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. You can also set your browser to turn off cookies. If you do so, however, some Web sites may not work properly.

Some ITPMG Web sites may also use Web beacon or other technologies to better tailor those sites to provide better customer service. These technologies may be in use on a number of pages across ITPMG's Web sites. When a visitor accesses these pages, a non-identifiable notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by us or by our suppliers. These Web beacons usually work in conjunction with cookies. If you don't want your cookie information to be associated with your visits to these pages, you can set your browser to turn off cookies.

If you turn off cookies, Web beacon and other technologies will still detect visits to these pages, but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other non-identifiable cookie information and are disregarded.
