Steve Rothman
Mr. Rothman has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology Consulting industry.
Mr. Rothman is a co-founder and Partner in IT Renaissance, a Management Consulting firm focused on helping organizations succeed with Information Technology. His areas of expertise include Enterprise Lean, Information Technology Driven Business Transformation, IT Strategy and Architecture, Agile Software Development, Complex System Integration, Large Scale Program Management, IT Cost Reduction and the Transformation of Information Technology Organizations. He has worked in the Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Airline, Utility, Manufacturing and Hospitality industries.
Prior to founding IT Renaissance, Mr. Rothman was a partner at Infosys Consulting, Deloitte Consulting, Arthur Andersen and Accenture. He was also the founder and President of Eagle Technology Partners, an e-Business Consulting and System Integration firm.
Mr. Rothman has also been a Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Nationwide Insurance where he was responsible for IT Strategy, IT Transformation, Solution Delivery and Program Management. Under his leadership the company established an Enterprise Program Management Office, designed and implemented an integrated Program and Portfolio Management Capability based on CA's Clarity product and designed, developed and implemented an Enterprise Solution Delivery Methodology based on Agile Software Development principals.
His clients have included Allstate, Lincoln Reinsurance, Zurich Kemper, Nationwide Insurance, Crawford & Company, American Express, Citigroup, Caterpillar, Ford Motor Company, Invacare, National Steel, IBM, Scientific Atlanta, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Burlington Air Express, Holiday Inn, Delta Air Lines, Georgia Power, Alabama Power an Carolina Power Light.
Mr. Rothman received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Union College in Schenectady, New York and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University.
