ITPMG consultants have used our long-standing expertise to create assessment tools for individual projects, taking into account the impact they will have on one another and the enterprise. These tools, combined with our expertise, provide vital information on project risk to c-level executives and allow the CIO to reign-in runaway projects.

As part of ITPMG's consulting service we produce a Program Management Office Score Card. In addition, on a quarterly basis, we produce a quarterly assessment, based on our ongoing review of the clients' projects, helping clients succeed, or pointing out pitfalls.
