ITPMG has created a survey that will allow you to quickly analyze your data and have it
compared to other organizations that have taken the survey. Your results will be kept
strickly confindential.

How to take the survey:

1. Click on the Survey below - it will download a short MS Word document that has 15
questions about your organizations performance management program. The best results
are achieved when you have focused the survey on a specific area within your company
that has or is in the process of implementing a performance manangement program.

2. Once you have finished the survey, email the survey back to: survey@itpmg.com.
Within 1 business day, the survey results will be analyzed and returned back to you with
a comparison to ?????
