Municipality Performance Management (MPM) Service
As we all know budgets continue to increase. And, it's often not very clear how planned improvements will be measured and reported related to the requested funds. Managers and executives generally lack the information to make difficult choices between competing needs and to evaluate improvements in different areas. Officials are also limited in gaining federal and state allocations and grants because they are not able to relate the money spent to the success in meeting relevant national standards.

Performance and measurement tracking is a partial answer. Description
The Municipality Performance Management (MPM) offering encompasses a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics that spans all areas for municipalities and forms the heart of a performance management program. This proven "toolkit" encompasses the definition and documentation of performance metrics/KPIs for all city divisions and agencies.

MPM is based on practical experience gathered through many implementations that included building hundreds of balanced scorecards, working with thousands of pages of government requirements, interfacing with numerous systems and conversion of existing reports, and conducting numerous work sessions with hundreds of members of the staffs in all areas of local government.

MPM can also be customized in MS Excel or imported to your "tool" of choice.
