ITPMG Announces ITPMG Principal to conduct Performance Management workshop and deliver
presentations at major conference put on by IT Financial Management Association

Mr. Bitterman is speaking at The IT Financial Management Association Conference on the Financial World of Information Technology in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on August 23rd thru 27th, 2010. The topics of his workshop will be What to Measure and How To Measure IT and his presentation will inform attendees on the subject of Getting Smart About BI.
On August 24th Mr. Bitterman's interactive workshop on What to Measure and How to Measure IT will focus on the fact that while there are many great tools now available to the IT professional for analyzing and reporting on process and performance, IT professionals need to learn how to determine and select the "right" set of measures for their organization. The selection of the "right" set of measures will allow the organization to more fully utilize the tools that have been made available. Without an understanding of "what" to measure, most of these tools will simply allow you to more quickly and elegantly, come to the wrong conclusions.
On August 25th Mr. Bitterman's presentation on Getting Smart About BI will focus attention on how to optimize your Business Intelligence (BI) investments by minimizing user reluctance, user confusion and lack of interest by senior management. Once an organization overcomes these user hurdles they can realize the true investment value of their BI installed tools and applications.
