Now, more than ever, the opportunity for a new brand of leadership is paramount: one that is integrative instead of divisive; organic rather than top-down; engaging instead of controlling; and perhaps most importantly, one that speaks to the deepest places in the human heart, that responds to a collective yearning for meaning, connection and compassion. We have all experienced those moments of connection and care as an employee, colleague, or leader - those occasions of team spirit and organizational triumph which turn the workplace into a community and offer the promise of something greater than the task or goal at hand. It is this human experience that can spark true greatness in all we seek to accomplish in business.


Description:
ITPMG offers a non-traditional approach to leadership development that focuses on the "being" vs. the "doing" of leadership. It is an invitation to step into a quiet place of exploration that will ask clients to deeply consider their values, thoughts, beliefs, practices and ways of being as a platform for transformational growth. We will help clients examine and better understand their roles, habits, personal style, language practices, relationship skills, and the "stories" they have unconsciously adopted as truths. This insight will serve as a springboard to help clients access their innate wisdom and create new possibilities for themselves, and for the people they lead. This workshop will help clients re-create their leadership legacy and strengthen their positive impact on the organization.

This process also includes a series of teleconferences to follow the kickoff workshop. Leaders will be offered a follow-on coaching program to assist in reinventing their approach and fully implementing the skills and tools required to lead deeply and effectively.
