Kathleen Sullivan
Kathleen Sullivan is a passionate Leader who thrives on organizational challenges. She has more than 20 years of diverse management and leadership experience. During a fourteen year career in the Energy industry, Kathleen held various management positions in Information Technology, Customer Service, Business Operations, and Engineering with some of the most diverse Energy companies in the Northeast. Following 10 years in various management roles, she transferred those skills, experience and passion to create and lead service focused IT organizations domestically and globally.
In the late 1990's Kathleen joined Unilever, a global consumer products industry leader as Director of (IT) Consumer Services for North America and subsequently Europe. During her domestic tenure she built a new organization to provide centralized IT support for Unilever-North America serving many familiar businesses, including Lipton, Dove, Ponds, Good-Humor, Breyers, Calvin Klein fragrances and Elizabeth Arden cosmetics.
Following the North American consolidation, Kathleen was a member of the executive team charged with building Unilever's new Global European Infrastructure organization. She was responsible for developing the organizational strategy and operational plan to transform support to over 100 Unilever businesses across Europe. She managed the implementation of a new IT Service Centre supporting 35,000 employees in 25 countries in 12 languages.
During this time she also led a major service excellence and culture change program for hundreds of multi-national employees.
Kathleen has designed and implemented organizational structures, established global service excellence standards, trained and developed employees, and led global teams.
Kathleen continues to use her corporate leadership background and life experience to help individuals and organizations achieve their vision and desired business results by focusing on the foundations of inspired leadership, spirited culture and key management fundamentals.
Kathleen holds an MBA from Monmouth University (NJ) and BS in Business Administration from Georgian Court University (NJ).
