KPI Scan®
Reducing IT cost continues to be the number one priority for many companies. The consequential
evaluation, optimization and alignment of IT are key factors to achieve the business goals and
constitute important contributors to the long-term success of a company. For many organizations, SAP
system operations have become an important cost component within the IT budget.
This analysis has been conducted based on a proprietary methodology, the KPI SCAN® for SAP systems, and provides a strategic and operational basis for decision-making in order to ensure the economic deployment of SAP systems and to increase the effectiveness of an SAP investment.
The goal is to provide a independent analysis of the real usage of SAP systems under evaluation of the key performance indicators (PKIs) relating to cost, productivity, performance and quality.
The KPI SCAN® analysis serves as an indicator to identify weaknesses and savings potentials. In particular, it helps to save significant time and cost prior to upcoming R/3 upgrades or consolidation activities, but also contributes significantly to improve the quality of current systems and to reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO), especially maintenance efforts.
