ITPMG Announces New Consulting Service Offering
Bethel, CT, July 21, 2008… ITPMG (www.itpmg.com), a leading edge on-demand consulting services company that specializes in personalized service that improves company performance announced today a new service offering designed to assist local municipalities improve their performance.
Today, ITPMG is pleased to announce its new Municipality Performance Management (MPM) Service offering. This new offering is designed to enable municipalities gain savings by improving integration, efficiency and effectiveness. The offering provides a common set of related measures that can be implemented across all related constituents and enable the municipality to integrate results against local objectives as well as relevant broader objectives where and when appropriate.
The offering encompasses a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics that spans all areas for municipalities and forms the heart of a performance management program. This proven "toolkit" also includes the requisite definition and documentation of performance metrics/KPIs for all municipality divisions and agencies.
MPM is based on practical experience gathered through many implementations that included building hundreds of balanced scorecards, working with thousands of pages of government requirements, interfacing with numerous systems and conversion of existing reports, and conducting numerous work sessions with hundreds of members of the staffs in all areas of local government.
