ERP systems have provided a foundation for improved management of critical company resources. Although many companies have implemented an ERP system, few have reaped the full potential of their ERP investments. Many early ERP implementations were not successful, i.e., exceeded budget by 200-300%, did not deliver the intended results, etc. This is due to a number of factors that we address in our ERP strategy service.

Our offering will give clients who are planning on, or in the process of implementing an ERP system valuable guidelines and critical success factors for delivering a quality ERP system on-time, within budget, and achieving desired goals and benefits. Our goal is to assist our client in learning from mistakes of the early adopters and doing it right the first time.
