On a year to year basis, a survey of CIOs showed a significant increase in the number of organizations that were expanding or upgrading their Business Intelligence (BI) implementations. The same survey showed a major decrease in the number of CIOs that weren't interested in BI or didn't know what direction BI was taking in their organization.
